Welcome to the Smartt Status Page. Here you will find information on the current and historical status of our Services, Scheduled Maintenance and Unplanned Outage, both listed as Past Incidents.
Notification:
The Uptime Information for each Service is updated in real-time by our monitors and by our incident response team during unplanned outages. The Planned Maintenance and Past Incident section is updated manually.
Planned Maintenance:
We provide clients 5 business days notice for regularly scheduled and planned maintenance which impacts Service Uptime. In some rare instances, unscheduled maintenance must occur to maintain Service levels in which case we provide clients as much notification as possible.
When there is no Service Uptime impact during a maintenance, a notification is posted up to same business day of the scheduled maintenance.
Unplanned Outage:
In the event of an Unplanned Outage:
1. All updates will be provided on this page and clients will receive automatic notification if they have subscribed to the impacted Service
2. Smartt will post an Incident Postmortem which includes a RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and any actions we are taking to mitigate future events
