Welcome to the Smartt Status Page. Here you will find information on the current and historical status of our Services, Scheduled Maintenance and Unplanned Outage, both listed as Past Incidents.

Notification:

The Uptime Information for each Service is updated in real-time by our monitors and by our incident response team during unplanned outages. The Planned Maintenance and Past Incident section is updated manually.

Planned Maintenance:

We provide clients 5 business days notice for regularly scheduled and planned maintenance which impacts Service Uptime. In some rare instances, unscheduled maintenance must occur to maintain Service levels in which case we provide clients as much notification as possible.

When there is no Service Uptime impact during a maintenance, a notification is posted up to same business day of the scheduled maintenance.

Unplanned Outage:

In the event of an Unplanned Outage:

1. All updates will be provided on this page and clients will receive automatic notification if they have subscribed to the impacted Service
2. Smartt will post an Incident Postmortem which includes a RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and any actions we are taking to mitigate future events

Scheduled Maintenance
Dear Valued Fibre Service Client,

This e-mail contains information on an important service maintenance window regarding your Fibre services with Smartt.

Summary: Smartt will be performing a planned Fibre network maintenance.
Timeline: The maintenance will begin on March 24th and will last for approximately 60 mins from 22:00 to 23:00 PT.
22:00 - 22:15 perform the fibre network migration.
22:15 - 22:45 test to verify the fibre network after the migration.
22:45 - 23:00 revert the changes if the fibre network migration test cases have failed.

In the event of a prolonged service interruption exceeding 5 minutes, we will be providing email notices via our mass emailing system.

Smartt’s technical support line will be operating as normal business hours during this period, so you can contact our team directly by selecting option 1 to leave a voicemail or send an email to support@smartt.com for assistance. Additional staff have been mobilized to provide support as needed.

These planned maintenance tasks are required to improve the network integrity and a follow up measure to the last outage occurred on Feb 15, 2023.
