Smartt's Helpdesk (support.smartt.com) will undergo system maintenance and upgrades on July 18 from 1:00 AM to 1:30 AM PT. During this maintenance window, ticket imports will be temporarily paused and will be imported after the upgrade. No data loss is expected.
