This e-mail contains an important service maintenance window regarding your services with Smartt at Burnaby & Vancouver location.
Summary: Smartt will be performing quarterly Generator Maintenance tests at our colocation in Burnaby BC Canada. Timeline: Wed Apr 17, 2024 between 7:00AM and 8:00AM PT No Impact: Client servers and services will NOT be affected.
In the event of any unexpected or prolonged service interruption exceeding 5 minutes, we will be providing email notices via our mass emailing system.
Smartt’s technical support line will be operating as normal business hours during this period, so you can contact our team directly by selecting option 1 to leave a voicemail or send an email to support@smartt.com for assistance. Additional staff have been mobilized to provide support as needed. These planned maintenance tasks are required to improve the network integrity.
